Refund policy

When purchasing digital knitting patterns, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The patterns are delivered digitally and made available immediately after purchase. Before completing your purchase, you must expressly consent to the delivery beginning before the withdrawal period has expired and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will therefore be lost once delivery begins.

Confirmation of your consent and the loss of your right of withdrawal will be provided to you after the purchase has been completed

If you do not consent to immediate delivery and the loss of your right of withdrawal, the pattern cannot be made available until the withdrawal period has expire.
